Here are the Conditions for obtaining an entry VISA to Romania for Lebanese citizens: ( holders of an ordinary passport) |
The person willing to visit Romania for business or Tourism must
present at the Consular Section of The Embassy an invitation from
a physical or legal person of Romania authenticated by a notary.

The invitation should be stamped by the passport service in Bucharest or by the passport services in Romanian Districts.
|
When applying for a transit Visa the person must present at the Consular Section of the Embassy, a two-way plane ticket plus the entry visas for the
countries of destination
(One of which should be a borderly country to Romania) |
The Visa applicant must show proof of necessary means for sustaining his/her
trip to Romania, respectively 70 USD per day.

The entry visas to Romania shall be granted by the Consular Section of the Embassy for a period of 30 days (single entry or multiple entry)
after having been
approved of the competent Romanian authorities.
|
The physical or legal person in Romania doing the invitation must provide a bank guarantee (in Lei or in Dollars) covering the residency expenses and the
cost of the airplane ticket.
The bank guarantee shall be returned when the invited person will have left Romania and presented at the border the original of the invitation.
We precise that the bank guarantee would be used to buy the plane ticket in case the foreign citizen does not leave the country after expiration of his visa.

1-IN ORDER TO GET VISA FOR ROMANIA OR TO ASK FOR OTHER CONSULAR SERVICES IS
COMPULSORY FOR EVERY CITIZEN TO COME PERSONALLY TO THE ROMANIAN EMBASSY. |
2-ACCORDING TO THE ROMANIAN LAW THE
FOREIGN CITIZENS CAN ENTRY/EXIT TO/FROM
ROMANIA WITH AN AMMOUNT OF MAXIMUM 10000 $
AND 500000 LEI.
THE EXTRA CASH AMMOUNT AND THE CHECKS HAVE TO BE DECLARED TO THE CUSTOMS WHERE THEY WILL BE DEPOSITED AGAINST A RECEIPT.
